Pune is blessed with beautiful lush green mountains and hills in and around the city which are a part of Western Ghats ecosystem.

However, Pune Municipal Corporation was proposing to allow 4% construction within the Maharashtra government's proposed biodiversity park but including peripheral services, the actual construction was 37% which would destroy these hills.

Parivartan is a part of Green Pune Movement under which a campaign was conducted to protest against the decision of PMC and we successfully opposed the constructions on hills.
