Pune Municipal Corporation(PMC) started an initiative called Multi-utility Kiosks which were expected to provide railway,air,bus,hotel bookings services and act as service delivery centers for municipal services.

Parivartan obtained details from the PMC about these multi-utility kiosks which exposed irregularities in the implementation of the kiosks project.

It revealed that the contract drafted was favouring the contractors and the existing kiosks were not serving the purpose of multi-utility for citizens.

Parivartan's efforts successfully ceased the expansion of kiosks project thereby saving huge amount of public money.
